Our philosophy centers on restoration, regeneration and precision: enhancing what’s already there rather than altering what isn’t.
Licensed providers, a conservative eye and a calm lounge on Hillcrest Street. Every plan starts with a consultation.
The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Orlando is a regenerative aesthetics and wellness lounge at 1517 Hillcrest St, on the Lake Eola Heights edge of downtown. Co-owners Megan Drago and Jonathan Sigg built it as a new location within The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa and The Laser Lounge Spa group, founded in 2009 by Jon and April Sigg.
Our treatments are designed to support natural regeneration from the inside out, with balanced results that look effortless. The pace is unhurried, the providers are licensed, and the room feels like a lounge, not a clinic. Results vary by person.
Our menu leans regenerative: biostimulators and PRP that support collagen over time, alongside the injectables, lasers and facials Orlando clients expect. Pavise and Neova are the only skincare lines we carry. Every plan starts with a consultation, and same-day treatment is possible when it is right for you.

Orlando Med Spa on Hillcrest Street
Clients across Lake Eola Heights, Mills 50 and Thornton Park come to us for regenerative care: Sculptra, Radiesse and hyperdilute Radiesse, and PRP prepared on an Arthrex system. Our menu also includes neurotoxin and dermal fillers, PRP and exosome hair restoration, laser treatments for pigment, acne, vascular lesions and skin tightening, and medically supervised tirzepatide, peptides, NAD+ and B-12. Facials, peels and microneedling round out a plan built around your skin.

Yes. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals under medical supervision. Your safety and results are our top priorities.
That is completely fine. We will assess prior work and create a plan that works with what you already have, whether that is maintaining, correcting or refining results.
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use topical numbing when appropriate, and many injectable products contain lidocaine.
It varies by treatment. Many services allow you to return to normal activities the same day. Injectables may cause mild swelling or bruising for a few days.
It depends on the treatment and your metabolism. Neurotoxin typically lasts about 3 to 4 months, dermal fillers about 9 to 18 months, and Sculptra up to 2 years according to the manufacturer.
